CONCHIGLIE RIPIENE

Ingredienti:

500

g conchiglie grandi (pasta)
80 g prosciutto cotto
200 g ricotta
80 g parmigiano
Basilico
maggiorana
Besciamella:
100 g burro
2 cucchiai farina
1/2 l latte

Cuocere a metà cottura le conchiglie ed intanto preparare il ripieno, passando il prosciutto cotto ed unendolo alla ricotta ed alle erbe ed insaporendo il tutto con sale e noce moscata; riempire con un cucchiaino le conchiglie, scolate e raffreddate, metterle in una teglia da forno, condendo con Besciamella e parmigiano, e far gratinare al forno.
