CONCHIGLIE AL FINOCCHIO

conchiglie_finocchio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g conchiglie
1 finocchio
3 dl panna
100 g pancetta
30 g Pecorino grattugiato
30 g grana grattugiato
burro
sale
Pepe

Far rosolare in una padella con il burro la pancetta tagliata a dadini, aggiungere il finocchio lavato e affettato, far cuocere per circa 20 minuti, unire la panna, salare e pepare. Cuocere la pasta al dente in abbondante acqua salata, versarla nella padella con i finocchi, cospargere con i formaggi, mescolare e servire.
