CARTUCCE DELLA SUOCERA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

300 g penne rigate
8 cucchiai salsa di pomodoro
8 cucchiai panna liquida
200 g prosciutto cotto
4 cucchiai parmigiano
4 cucchiai Pecorino
50 g burro

Cuocete la pasta. Nel frattempo mettete in un tegamino la salsa di pomodoro e la panna, facendola bollire. Scolate la pasta, conditela col burro e la salsa preparata, aggiungete il formaggio e il prosciutto tagliato a listarelle e servite.
