CARBONARA AI FUNGHI

400 gfunghi champignon
2/3 limoni
400 g Spaghetti grossi
prezzemolo
4 uova
grana o Pecorino da gratuggia

trifolare i funghi col prezzemolo (con o senza aglio, a piacere), mentre cuoce la pasta, unire ai funghi stemperati dopo la cottura, le uova sbattute, i limoni spremuti (abbondate) ed il formaggio. Scolate la pasta un poco al dente e fatela saltare qualche minuto in padella col condimento... l'abbondanza di limone terra' la pasta umida mentre rapprende un poco l'uovo.
