CAPELLINI CON ACCIUGHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g capellini
4 Acciughe sotto sale
4 cucchiai olio
1 spicchio aglio
1 ciuffo prezzemolo

Raschiate, diliscate, lavate le Acciughe e spezzettatele. Scaldate l'olio insieme all'aglio schiacciato in un pentolino, aggiungete le Acciughe e mescolate fino a farle sciogliere. Unite ora il prezzemolo tritato. Intanto cuocete i capellini al dente, scolateli e versateli in una zuppiera. Versateci la salsa preparata alla quale, prima di servire, toglierete lo spicchio d'aglio.
