BUCATINI AROMATICI

bucatini_aromatici Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g bucatini
400 g pomodori pelati
1 cipolla
2 spicchi aglio
1 cucchiaio maggiorana secca
olio
50 g Pecorino grattugiato
vino bianco
sale
Pepe

Appassire cipolla e aglio tritati con 3 cucchiai di olio, spruzzare con 1/2 bicchiere di vino e far evaporare. Unire i pomodori a pezzi, cuocere per 5', unire ancora 1/2 bicchiere di vino, sale, Pepe, maggiorana e cuocere per 15'. Lessare i bucatini al dente, condirli con il Pecorino e con il sugo, mescolare e servire.
