BIFORE TONNO E PISELLI

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
350 g bifore
200 g tonno
300 g pisellini
350 g pomodori
1 spicchio aglio
1 manciata Capperi
olio
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe

Soffriggere l'aglio, unire la polpa dei pomodori passati, cuocere per qualche minuto e unire il tonno ben sbriciolato Girare bene, unire i Capperi ed i piselli scongelati e passati in poco burro con sale e Pepe. Alla fine della cottura agIiungere il prezzemolo. Lessare la pasta e condirla con il sugo.
