VERDURE CON GLI AMARETTI E FISH&CROCK

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 confezioni Fish&Crock Findus
3 melanzane
1 zucchina
800 g pomodori perini
6 Amaretti
la scorza grattugiata di 1 limone
2 cipolline
2 spicchi aglio
olio
sale
Pepe
1 mazzetto prezzemolo

Tagliare melanzane e zucchina a rondelle. Dividere in quarti i pomodori e ad anelli le cipolle. Cuocere questi ingredienti nell'olio a fuoco dolce. Dopo pochi minuti unire l'aglio, il prezzemolo tritato e la scorza di limone. A fine cottura spolverizzare con gli Amaretti ridotti in polvere. Friggere i Fish&Crock e servirli caldi con le verdure.
