TORTINO DI FAGIOLINI ACCIUGHE E MOZZARELLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fagiolini
200 g Mozzarella
100 g filetti di Acciuga
30 g Capperi
aceto
sale
Pepe

Lessare i fagiolini. In una pirofila unta disporre uno strato di fagiolini, uno di Mozzarella e uno di Acciughe, cospargere di Capperi e continuare con gli strati fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti. Infine cospargere di aceto, salare e pepare. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180oC per 15'.
