SPINACI E MOZZARELLA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
500 g spinaci surgelati findus
1 Mozzarella
100 g parmigiano
2 uova
Noce moscata
2 noci burro
sale

Lessare gli spinaci in acqua salata, scolarli e strizzarli bene.

Mescolare le uova con il formaggio e la Noce moscata.

Unire gli spinaci al composto di uova, versare il tutto in una teglia imburrata, cospargere con il parmigiano e con la Mozzarella a fettine.

Infornare per 15 minuti a 180'.
