SFORMATO DI RISO E CAVOLFIORE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

100 g riso
1 cavolfiore medio
3.5 bicchieri Besciamella
1 cipolla tritata
2 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
60 g burro
pan pesto
sale
Pepe

Lessate il cavolfiore al dente. Dividetelo in cimette. Bollite il riso 10 minuti, scolatelo, fatelo insaporire in padella con cipolla e burro imbionditi. In una pirofila imburrata mettete il pan pesto, uno strato di cavolfiore, il riso, metà parmigiano e uno strato di Besciamella. Coprite di parmigiano, pan pesto e burro a fiocchetti. Infornate 20' a 230'.
