SFORMATO DI RICOTTA E ZUCCA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg zucca
250 g ricotta
80 g parmigiano grattugiato
pan grattato
2 uova
burro
sale
Pepe

Cuocete la zucca a vapore, o al forno, eliminate le sue parti dure e passatela al setaccio. Se risulta troppo bagnata passatela al forno per alcuni minuti. Passate al setaccio la ricotta e unitevi la zucca, 1 uovo, 1 tuorlo, il parmigiano, sale e Pepe quanto basta. Mescolate bene. Inburrate una pirofila, cospargetela di pan grattato e versatevi l'impasto; livellatelo, spolverizzate con pan grattato e fate cuocere in forno.
