PATATE E WURSTEL

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

4 wurstel
500 g patate
Capperi
origano
prezzemolo
olio
aceto
sale
Pepe

Lessare le patate, sbucciarle, farle raffreddare, tagliarle a pezzi e metterle in un'insalatiera. Lessare i wurstel, tagliarli a rondelle e unirli alle patate. Condire con olio, aceto, sale e Pepe, cospargere di origano, Capperi e prezzemolo tritato, mescolare bene e servire.
