PATATE AL SALTO E BASTONCINI

patate_salto_bastoncini Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g patate
40 g burro
sale
1 confezione bastoncini Findus
olio

Tagliare le patate a dadini, lavarle e asciugarle. Versarle in una padella con il burro imbiondito, farle dorare da tutte le parti. Cuocere per 20', mescolando sovente. Servire con i bastoncini di pesce cotti nell'olio.
