Dosi per 4.
Purtroppo le dosi sono ad occhio.

Far rosolare della carne tritata con un pochino d'aglio e Rosmarino tritati, sale e Noce moscata.

Lessare le foglie del cavolo, poche per volta in modo che non si spappolino.

Tritare le foglie piu' piccole, e poi amalgamarle alla carne.

Con il composto, farcire le foglie piu' grosse, arrotolandole a formare degli involtini che si faranno poi friggere senza impastellarli.Provenienza: Nonna Wilma 20/10/2007
