INSALATA DI PERE, FORMAGGIO E RUCOLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pere William
100 g provolone piccante
100 g parmigiano
1 mazzetto rucola
Basilico
mentuccia
sale
Pepe bianco
spumante secco

Disponete in un'insalatiera le pere tagliate a spicchi insieme al parmigiano a scaglie e al provolone a pezzetti. Versatevi 1/2 bottiglia di spumante e lasciate insaporire per circa un'ora. Prima di portare in tavola condite con sale, Pepe bianco, un pochino di Basilico e mentuccia. Guarnite con la rucola ed aggiungete dell'altro spumante.
