INSALATA OLIVIER

Lessare 200 g. di petto di pollo con 2 cipolline novelle e poco sale. Affettare pollo e cipolline e unirvi 2 patate lesse tagliate a cubetti, 2 uova sode tritate grossolanamente, 1 cucchiaio di cetrioli sotto salamoia tritati.

Salare, pepare e condire con 80 g. di Maionese e 80 g. di panna liquida acidula con 2 cucchiai di succo di limone.

Mischiare bene e disporre il tutto a cupola contornandolo con foglie di insalata cappuccina.
