In un'insalatiera di vetro versare uno strato di pomodori affettati, uno strato di Acciughe sott'olio, uno strato di cuori di lattuga, uno strato di filetti di sgombro sott'olio, 4 uova sode affettate, olive nere snocciolate e anelli di cipolla cruda.

Condire con olio, sale, Pepe, aceto e aglio pestato.
