INSALATA DI GAMBERETTI E MAIS

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

350 g Mais
350 g fagiolini
300 g gamberetti
1 spicchio aglio schiacciato
2 foglie Basilico tritato
olio d'oliva
succo di limone
sale

Lessare e sgusciare i gamberetti. Preparare una salsina con l'olio d'oliva, lo spicchio d'aglio schiacciato, il succo di limone ed il Basilico tritato. In un'insalatiera unire al Mais i fagiolini ed i gamberetti. Condire con la salsina, salare a piacere, mescolare e servire.
