INSALATA FRESCA CON BOTTARGA

Retaggio delle ferie in Sardegna; dosi per 4

4 mozzarelle
4 zucchine grosse
2 gambi sedano
g 160 di Bottarga di tonno
q.b. olio
sale
Pepe

Preparazione

  1. tagliare a pezzetti la Mozzarella
  2. tagliare a bastoncino le zucchine, dopo averle lavate ed asciugate
  3. tagliare a dadini i gambi di sedano
  4. tagliare a fettine la Bottarga
  5. unire il composto in una Terrina, condire e mescolare delicatamente
