INSALATA DI FARRO

Tempo 45'; ingredienti per 4 persone

200 g Farro
250 g Mozzarella
2 pomodori maturi ma sodi da insalata
1 manciata olive nere snocciolate
olio extravergine d'oliva
qualche fogliaBasilico
sale
sottaceti

bollire il Farro per 35'. Lavare, asciugare ed affettare i pomodori, tagliare la Mozzarella a cubetti, lavate asciugate e spezzate il Basilico. Tagliare a pezzettini i sottaceti. Mescolare questi ingredienti e le olive al Farro, lessato e raffreddato, salare e condire con olio extravergine.
