IMBROGLIATA DI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione carciofi interi Findus
2 uova
2 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
burro
latte
olio
Pepe
sale

Far scongelare i carciofi, tagliarli a spicchi sottili e farli rosolare.

Quando saranno dorati, far scivolare dalla padella l'olio, unire 2 cucchiai di burro, aggiungere anche le uova sbattute, poi il formaggio, un po' di latte, sale, Pepe e aspettare che le uova si siano rapprese.
