GAZPACHO ROSSO (SEMPLICE)

Ingredienti:

hg pomodori
1/2 cetriolo
1 cipolla
2 spicchi aglio
1 peperone rosso
1/2 l acqua
2 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio aceto rosso
5--6 cubetti ghiaccio
sale
Pepe

Pelare e togliere semi a pomodori e cetriolo. Pulire cipolla, aglio e peperone. Tagliare il tutto a pezzetti e mettere in zuppiera a macerare con acqua, olio e aceto per 3 ore in frigo. Poco prima di servire aggiungere i cubetti di ghiaccio e aggiungere di sale e Pepe. Accompagnare con pane secco a dadini.
