FINOCCHI AL PROSCIUTTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
8 fettine prosciutto crudo
50 g burro
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
3 cucchiai grana grattugiato
sale

Far cuocere per circa 15 minuti in acqua bollente salata i finocchi mondati. Scolarli, tagliarli in 8 spicchi, farli rosolare in una pirofila con il burro, salarli, adagiare su ogni spicchio una fettina di prosciutto, cospargere con il grana e il prezzemolo, irrorare con il burro fuso e far cuocere in forno caldo per circa 10 minuti.
