FAVE CON LA PANCETTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 kg Fave
1 mazzetto Basilico
1 spicchio aglio
1 cipolla
100 g pancetta
1/2 bicchiere olio
sale
Pepe
1 bicchiere brodo di dadi

Appassire a fuoco dolce un trito di Basilico, aglio, cipolla e pancetta. Unire le Fave sgranate e far insaporire. Salare, pepare, unire il brodo e cuocere per 30' a fuoco dolce. Se necessario aggiungere altro brodo durante le cottura e servire molto calde.
