FAGIOLINI AL FORMAGGIO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
500 g fagiolini surgelati
100 g emmental
100 g Gorgonzola
100 g scamorza
4 cucchiai aceto
olio
6 cucchiai yogurt magro
sale

Cuocere i fagiolini in acqua salata. Mescolare lo yogurt, il Gorgonzola e gli altri formaggi grattugiati. Condire i fagiolini con la crema ai formaggi, unire olio, aceto e aggiustare di sale.
