DOLCE SALATO

Mettere in un piatto un paio di fette di prosciutto cotto arrotolate a involtino. Sistemarvi accanto fettine di Fontina valdostana e palline di melone.

Accompagnare con rondelle sottili di zucchine novelle mescolate ad anelli di cipollotto fresco. Per condire emulsionare qualche cucchiaio di panna con poco olio, qualche goccia di limone e gherigli di noce tritati.
