CICORIA AL TONNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g cicoria
2 pomodori
150 g tonno sott'olio
2 uova
olio
aceto
sale
Pepe

Lavare la cicoria e i pomodori, affettarli, mettere tutto in un'insalatiera e condire con olio, aceto, sale e Pepe.

Unire il tonno sminuzzato e le uova rassodate e tagliate a spicchi, mescolare bene e servire.
