BISTECCHE DI SOIA CON CIPOLLA E PEPERONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

6--8 bistecche di soia
2 peperoni gialli o rossi
3-4 cipolle medie
olio
sale
Pepe

Dopo aver idratato le bistecche tagliatele a metà orizzontalmente. Pulite, lavate e tagliate a spicchi i peperoni e le cipolle, fateli ammorbidire in un tegame con olio di oliva, salate e pepate, quindi posatevi sopra le bistecche. Portate a cottura girando di tanto in tanto e avendo l'accortezza di coprire sempre le bistecche con il peperone e la cipolla per renderle più saporite.
