PIGNOCCATTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

280 g farina
3 uova
150 g Miele
olio

Amalgamare bene la farina con le uova fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Ricavarne dei filoncini cilindrici (come dei grissini). Tagliarli a piccoli cubetti di circa 1 cm. Mettere in padella abbondante olio e quando è ancora freddo unire i dadini di pasta e friggerli fino a quando saranno dorati. In un'altra padella sciogliere il Miele e unire i dadini già fritti e mescolare energicamente.
