FRAPPE

Ingredienti:
200 g farina
40 g burro o strutto
2 uova
1 cucchiaio zucchero
1 limone
sale
olio di semi
zucchero a velo

Impastare rapidamente uova, burro o strutto, zucchero, una presa di sale e la scorza grattugiata del limone e lasciar riposare la pasta per 30 minuti. Tirare una sfoglia sottile, tagliarla a striscioline, friggerle in olio bollente, scolarle, spolverizzarle di zucchero a velo e servire.
