DOLCE MARZAPANE

Ingredienti:

250

g mandorle macinate
250 g zucchero
2 albumi
2 bicchieri alchermes
sugo di un limone scarso

Tostare le mandorle e tritarle fini opure macinarle con il tritacarne. Mescolare bene tutti gli ingredienti in una scodella, farne un salame e metterlo in un piatto ad asciugare in un luogo asciutto.
