CREMA

Ingredienti:

l latte
2 rossi d'uovo
4 cucchiai zucchero
2.5 cucchiai farina
buccia di limone
Cannella o vaniglia

Montare i rossi con un po' di latte, lo zucchero e la farina; aggiungere l'altro latte, la buccia di limone ed un pezzetto di Cannella; far cuocere a fuoco moderato mescolando in continuazione con un cucchiaio di legno. Aggiungere alla fine un po' di vaniglia in polvere.
