500g zucca
2 cucchiai farina
2 uova
200 g ricotta
150 g Amaretti sbriciolati
2 cucchiai zucchero (anche piu', se piace molto dolce)
1 rotolo pasta sfoglia
cuocere la zucca nel forno per 1 ora a 150'C, poi tritarla e mescolarla a tutti gli altri ingredienti.

Foderare una tortiera con la pasta sfoglia, poi versarvi dentro il composto ed infornare a 170'C.
