TORTA DI ZUCCA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg zucca gialla
1 cucchiaio cacao amaro
3 cucchiai zucchero
1/2 bicchiere latte
2 uova leggermente sbattute
1 bustina lievito
1 bustina zucchero a velo
sale
pangrattato per la tortiera
burro per la tortiera

Pulire la zucca, tagliarla a fette e lessarla. Scolarla e passarla, unire alla Purea le uova, il cacao, lo zucchero e il latte, mescolando. Quindi aggiungere il lievito. Versare il composto in una tortiera imburrata e spolverizzata di pane grattato. Passare in forno caldo a 200'C per 45'.
