Dosi per 6:

500 g uva
250 g Savoiardi
70 g Amaretti
200 g burro
150 g zucchero
6 uova
1 cucchiaio pangrattato

Lavare gli acini e privarli dei semi.

Con un mattarello ridurre in polvere i Savoiardi e gli Amaretti.

Lavorare il burro con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema soffice.

Incorporare uno alla volta i tuorli, unire i biscotti e lavorare il composto, unire l'uva e gli albumi montati a neve.

Disporre in una teglia imburrata e cosparsa di pangrattato.

Cuocere in forno a 190' per 50'.
