TORTA DI RISO CON PANNA

Ingredienti:

pezzetto burro
1 scodella di riso e latte già cotto
1 po' panna
3 cucchiai zucchero
scorza di un limone
2 uova

Far liquefare il burro, aggiungere il riso e latte, la panna, lo zucchero e la scorza di limone grattugiata. Mescolare bene, aggiungere i due tuorli e poi le due chiare sbattute a neve. Ungere una tortiera, stenderci la pasta, spolverare di zucchero e cuocere al forno.
