TORTA AI PISTACCHI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

150 g farina
180 g zucchero
4 uova
100 g burro
1 bustina lievito
1 bicchiere latte
4 cucchiai marmellata di pesche
250 g pistacchi spellati

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire il burro fuso, quindi incorporare, poco alla volta la farina alternata al latte Sbattere con una frusta, unire il lievito, gli albumi montati a neve e 70 gr di pistacchi tritati. Versare l'impasto in una pirofila imburrata e infarinata e mettere in forno caldo a 180oC per 45'. Ricoprire la superficie con la marmellata e con gli altri pistacchi tritati.
