g farina
150 g burro
150 g zucchero
4 uova
1 bustina lievito per dolci
5 pesche mature
1 limone
3 cucchiai latte

Lavorare il burro con lo zucchero, unire le uova uno per volta, la farina setacciata, la scorza di limone grattugiata, il lievito stemperato nel latte. Versare metà del composto in una tortiera imburrata e infarinata, coprire con fettine di pesca, versare il resto della pasta. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180oC per 45'. Decorare con le pesche.
