TORTA DI PERE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1.4 kg pere
300 g farina
4 uova
160 g zucchero
2 bustine lievito
3/4 l latte
2 limoni

Unire alle uova lo zucchero, la buccia grattugiata dei limoni e mescolare diluendo con un po' di latte fino ad ottenere una crema morbida.

Sciogliere il lievito nel latte e aggiungerlo alla crema.

Versare il composto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata e disporvi le pere tagliate a fettine rotonde.

Mettere in forno preriscaldato a 200oC per circa 1 ora.
