Dosi per 6:

250 g noci tritate
180 g zucchero
200 g farina
200 g frutta candita mista a dadini
4 uova
1 cucchiaio succo di limone
1 bustina zucchero a velo

Lavorare i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire gli albumi montati a neve ferma continuando a mescolare dal basso verso l'alto. Unire poco alla volta la farina, le noci, i canditi e il succo di limone. Versare il composto nella tortiera imburrata e infarinata e cuocere in forno caldo a 200oC per 40 minuti circa. Servire tiepida cosparsa di zucchero a velo.
