g farina bianca
200 g margarina
150 g Miele
buccia di un limone grattugiata

Setacciare a fontana sul tavolo la farina, unire la margarina, il Miele e la buccia di limone. Impastare bene il tutto, stendere l'impasto col mattarello a 2 cm d'altezza, disporlo in una tortiera di cm. 26 di diametro unta e infarinata leggermente. Rigare la superficie strisciando con le punte di una forchetta. Cuocere a fuoco moderato in forno a 200 gradi per 1/2 ora circa.
