TORTA DI MELE DELLA NONNA

Ingredienti:

500

g mele
150 g zucchero
120 g burro
1 uovo
200 g farina
1 bustina lievito

Sbucciare e affettare le mele in senso orizzontale; porle in una tortiera unta di burro con 50 g di zucchero. Sbattere a crema 100 g di burro, 100 g di zucchero e l'uovo intero. Mescolare insieme la farina e il lievito, aggiungere un po' d'acqua tiepida fino a formare una pastella che, mischiata alla crema di zucchero, burro e uovo, si verserà sulle mele. Mettere in forno 50'.
