Dosi per 4:

200 g biscotti secchi
1 kg mele
50 g zucchero
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
50 g burro
scorza di limone

Pestare i biscotti e ridurli in polvere. Tagliare a fette le mele senza sbucciarle e cuocerle con un po' d'acqua, il vino bianco, lo zucchero e la scorza di limone. Imburrare una tortiera e alternare strati di biscotti e mele, terminando con uno strato di biscotti. Distribuirvi il burro a fiocchetti e infornare per circa 30'. Servire fredda.
