TORTA DI MELE DIETETICA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


1 kg di mele renette
100 g uvetta
100 g mandorle
2 uova
1 tuorlo
120 g zucchero
1/2 bicchiere latte
1 limone
150 g farina
Cannella
1 bustina lievito
burro
sale

Montare le uova con 100 g di zucchero, incorporare la farina e il lievito, la scorza grattugiata di limone e poco sale. Diluire con il latte e mescolare. In uno stampo, imburrato e infarinato, versare l'impasto e distribuire a strati le mele a fettine, le mandorle tritate e l'uvetta. Spolverizzare con zucchero e Cannella. Cuocere in forno a 160' per 1 ora.
