TORTA MARIA 

Ingredienti:

2

hg farina bianca
2 hg burro
2 hg zucchero
4 uova
raschiatura di un limone
2 cucchiai lievito in polvere sciolti in pochissimo latte
liquore a piacere tra cognac e Rhum

Sbattere da una parte i bianchi e dall'altra i rossi con lo zucchero. Unire il tutto assieme agli altri ingredienti poco a poco. Si unge una tortiera di burro, la si riempie con il composto e si cuoce al forno.
