1 hg burro
1 bicchiere latte
1 limone

Pelare e tritare le mandorle, unirle alla farina bianca e gialla col burro liquefatto, il bicchiere di latte e la raschiatura del limone. Versare l'impasto in una tortiera unta di burro e cuocere al forno.
