g mandorle
75 g burro
3 uova
150 g zucchero
180 g farina
1/2 bicchiere latte

Lavorare il burro e, mescolando, unire uno alla volta i tuorli. Aggiungere lo zucchero, il latte, la farina, i bianchi montati a neve, le mandorle tritate e amalgamare bene. Versare il composto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata e cuocere in forno per 30 minuti circa.
