TORTA AI LAMPONI

Ingredienti:

g farina
6 cucchiai zucchero
sale
1 uovo
1/2 bustina lievito
80 g burro
2 cucchiai latte
2 cucchiai panna
500 g lamponi

Fate fondere 60 g di burro con il latte a fuoco basso; sbattete in una Terrina 4 cucchiai di zucchero, l'uovo e un pizzico di sale. Incorporate poco a poco metà della farina, la panna, il resto della farina, il lievito e infine il burro fuso ma tiepido. Foderate una tortiera con un foglio di alluminio imburrato, versatevi la pasta e posatevi i lamponi, cospargete col rimanente zucchero e cuocete in forno moderato per 45 minuti.
