base di crostata o pasta sfoglia
100 g burro
100 g zucchero al velo
100 g mandorle
50 g farina bianca
2 uova intere

Montare il burro con lo zucchero al velo fino ad ottenere una crema soffice e spumosa. Macinare finemente le mandorle con la farina. Aggiungerle alla crema di burro ed incorporare le due uova.

Versare il tutto sulla base di crostata (o sfoglia, a seconda dei gusti) ed infornare a 180oC. per circa 40 minuti.
